Chris Egan serves as Managing Director and President of Fordenza LLC, bringing extensive leadership experience in enterprise software, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity operations. Additionally, Mr. Egan brings direct industry expertise spanning sectors such as real estate, education, telecommunications, private equity, and software.

Over the course of his career, Chris has served and continues to serve in a variety of executives roles including:

• Chief Strategy Officer @ Lone Wolf Technologies (present), a leading provider of real estate technology. Lone Wolf was acquired by Stone Point Capital from Vista Equity Partners in 2020.
• Investor & Mentor @ The Baylor Angel Network (present), a highly active angel network based in Central Texas.
• Chief of Staff @ PeopleAdmin, the leading provider of human capital management software for K-12 and Higher Education. PeopleAdmin was acquired by PowerSchool Group in 2018.
• Strategy Consultant @ Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte Consulting S&O), focusing on corporate and business unit strategy for Fortune 50 telecommunications, media, and technology companies.
• Program Analyst @ NASA, supporting the commercial crew development program.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University, graduating from the Honors Program with majors in Business Fellows, Finance, and Economics, and a minor in Mathematics.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and staying active.
